Dickon Edwards (also known as Dickon Angel) is a London-based indie pop musician, writer, critic, DJ and online diarist. Although his parents named him Richard Edwards, they also chose to call him by the archaic derivative of Richard, "Dickon". He has been a founding member of several bands, including Orlando and Fosca, and has played guitar in the band Spearmint.[1]
He keeps a blog, started in 1997.
A limited edition collection of Dickon's lyrics and other writings entitled The Portable Dickon Edwards was released in March 2008 with Fosca's The Painted Side of the Rocket.
His mother is the noted quiltmaker and author Lynne Edwards MBE.
